Due to the storm and lack of power, we are postponing out November PTG meeting. As soon as we are able to get into the school and check the calendar for available days we will inform you of the new date and time for the meeting. Hope everyone is staying safe!
Hi Everyone- we wanted to to throw out some quick reminders and updates:
- Mixed Bag orders are scheduled to be delivered Thursday, November 2nd. We will do everything possible to send these orders home Thursday. Please keep this in mind if you may have a small child and a larger order.
- PTG November Meeting will be held Wednesday November 1st at 6:30 in the CIP Library. Come on out and help us make the final decisions for Cookies and Cocoa, as well as start the discussion for the school dance!
- Don’t forget to GO NUTS! and continue selling those nuts. Nut order forms are due back no later than November 6th. We will be looking for as many volunteers as possible to help pack the nuts on December 4-5th, please contact PTG@paineschool.org if you are willing to help.
- Finally, we are hoping, and appear to be succeeding, at increasing the size and quality of our Vendor Fair! If you would like to rent a space to sell your wares, please fill out an application and submit it no later than Thursday, November 23rd.

We are still looking for vendors for our annual Cookies and Cocoa event. No shop too big or too small!! Cookies and Cocoa is our largest event by far so don’t miss out on the opportunity to peddle your wares.

As the first day of school looms nearer we would like to offer a supply drop off to help make that first morning trek a little easier. A couple PTG members will be at the school on Monday August 28th from 11am – 1pm. Please be sure to place all the supplies in one bag or container and to label your child(ren)’s possessions with their name, grade, and teacher so we can get them to the proper rooms.
